Shipping policy

After placing your order, please allow 1-4 business days for us to register and prepare for shipment.

Once your order ships, it should be received within 15-20 days depending on your location.

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause delays in shipment. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.

As a consequence of the Covid-19 problem and its global impact on mobility and transport, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. Please, be pacient.

We provide a tracking number for every order. The tracking number will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product can be shipped from different distribution centers as our product research team is dedicated to finding quality yet affordable products.

Once you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, you can click 'Order Tracking' on our website to check the status of your order.

Normally there will not be an additional charge for shipping, but this may apply in some special cases where express shipping is chosen.

In some geographical locations we may be making deliveries without the need for an external transport company, this will be notified when preparing your order for delivery.
